A $60 design fee covers roughly 2 hours of concept development, and I confirm the design with you before any building begins. Once you approve the concept, the next stage adjusts it to the exact size, color palette, and category you need.
What Kinds of Custom Designs Can You Create?
Custom pieces can range from cartoon and movie characters to full human figures. Because each request is unique, every design goes through its own development stage before the final piece takes shape. As a result, final pricing depends on size, design complexity, and the materials involved.
What Materials Are Used?
I build custom designs from latex balloons, Mylar, and Bubble balloons, along with optional flowers and LED lights. Mixing these materials is what allows a design to move beyond a standard balloon shape and into something closer to a sculptural piece.
Do I Always Need to Pay the Design Fee?
Not necessarily — if your request matches one of the completed designs in the gallery at the bottom of this page, or you already have a specific reference example, you can skip the design development stage. In that case, the piece moves straight to production without the concept-and-confirmation step, since the design work already exists.
How Far in Advance Should I Book?
Plan to book a custom balloon design about a month before your event. Since each piece involves its own design process, filling out the order form as early as possible helps guarantee I have enough time to build it properly.
