Latex Helium Balloon Bouquets and Ceiling Balloons for Any Event

Latex helium balloons come in four sizes — 11″, 17″, 24″, and 30″ — and I arrange them into bouquets of 3, 5, 7, or 9. I can also combine them with Mylar or Bubble (clear) balloons, which vary in size and helium capacity and therefore carry their own pricing.

How Much Do Helium Balloons Cost?

A standard 11″ balloon costs $4, and that price already includes bouquet arrangement and setup at your venue. The minimum order is $160, which covers 40 of the 11″ balloons or an equivalent mix of latex bouquets. Larger sizes cost more: a 17″ latex balloon runs $6, and a 24″ latex balloon runs $12.

Can Helium Balloons Float on the Ceiling?

Yes — I can release balloons without weights so they float up to the ceiling, and guests can pull them down by their ribbons throughout the event. This works well as a fun, interactive touch for kids’ parties or casual celebrations.

Can I Release Helium Balloons Outdoors?

No — please don’t release helium balloons into the sky. Many areas prohibit balloon releases because they harm the environment, and violations can come with fines. I recommend keeping helium balloons anchored and enjoying them at the venue instead.

Are Helium Balloons Safe Outdoors in the Wind?

Once wind speeds reach 14 mph or higher, I don’t recommend helium balloons outdoors. At that point, they can break free even with a secure weight, or drift into obstacles like buildings and concrete surfaces and pop on impact.
