Our Guarantees
We cannot guarantee that balloons will last any specific amount of time when used outdoor. The sun, heat, wind, rain, etc., affect the lifespan of the balloons. Many air-filled balloon designs can last weeks indoors! The longevity of the balloons will depend on the environmental conditions of the space.
If a client asks to use their balloons. The answer is ‘no”, unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the quality of balloons not provided by us. If they are defective or burst during or after inflation, it may turn out as a waste of energy.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
