Founded in 2016 by local artist Polina Morgan, Maxballoonart began as a creative experiment and quickly blossomed into a full-fledged balloon artistry business. Polina discovered a talent for transforming ordinary materials into eye-catching works of joy—and since then, she’s been helping others celebrate life’s special moments through whimsical balloon décor. As a solo-operated business, every creation reflects her personal attention to detail and signature artistic touch.
