Party package # 1 includes garland ( 14 feet) and 4 bouquets of helium balloons- 3 in the bunch. Different themes are available. Decorate your party with balloons for as low a cost as $180. The party package is available for quick delivery and installation. An average size”half arch ” garland is 14 ft.  Organic balloon garland ( 14 feet) and 4 bouquets of helium (11 inches) balloons-3 in the bunch. All colours will match the colour theme that will be mentioned in the form below.
