Due to the nature of our products and services, we ask that you read our refund and return policy carefully to understand what’s eligible, what’s excluded, and how we ensure a professional and reliable experience.
🌤 Balloon Longevity & Environmental Disclaimer
Balloons are highly sensitive to their surroundings. While many of our air-filled balloon designs can last for several weeks indoors, we do not guarantee any specific duration when balloons are used outdoors.
Environmental conditions such as direct sunlight, extreme heat, humidity, wind, rain, and cold temperatures can significantly affect the appearance and lifespan of balloons. These natural factors may cause balloons to fade, oxidize, deflate, pop, or detach prematurely. Because of these unpredictable influences, refunds will not be issued for balloon deterioration or damage caused by outdoor exposure.
If longevity is a priority for your event, we strongly recommend opting for an indoor installation in a temperature-controlled environment.
🎈 Use of Client-Supplied Balloons
We understand that some clients may wish to provide their own balloons for installations. However, to uphold our quality standards and prevent unnecessary complications, we do not accept or work with balloons not supplied by our company.
Client-supplied balloons may:
- Be expired, weakened, or compromised during storage or transit
- Lack compatibility with professional-grade inflation equipment
- Contain manufacturing defects that are not immediately visible
- Result in wasted time and labor if damaged during setup
If a balloon provided by the client bursts during inflation or fails to maintain shape, we are not responsible for replacements, delays, or wasted resources. For your convenience and assurance, all balloons used in our installations must be sourced directly from [Your Business Name].
🚫 Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Items
Several types of goods and services offered by Maxballoonart are exempt from being returned or refunded, including:
- Perishable items (food, fresh flowers, etc.)
- Printed materials (newspapers, magazines, flyers)
- Custom artwork, caricatures, or personalized balloon arrangements
- Intimate or sanitary goods
- Hazardous materials or chemicals
- Flammable liquids and gases
Custom orders, including tailored balloon designs and event installations, are final sale once production begins or materials are sourced. These products are made specifically for your event, often involving time-sensitive coordination, and therefore cannot be repurposed or resold.
💳 Refund Eligibility
Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis and may be granted under the following circumstances:
- Cancellation requests received at least 72 hours prior to scheduled delivery or setup
- Orders we are unable to fulfill due to internal logistical issues or unavailable stock
- Confirmed product defects resulting from our manufacturing or installation processes (excluding environmental damage or mishandling by the client)
If your refund request meets these conditions, we will initiate a review and notify you within 5–7 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
🔁 Exchanges
Exchanges may be considered if you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect through no fault of your own. To request an exchange:
- Contact us within 24 hours of receipt
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the issue
- Allow us time to assess and confirm your claim
If eligible, we will arrange for a replacement or comparable item to be provided. Please note that exchanges are limited to products for which we maintain inventory.
🕒 Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeline:
- Confirm that your bank or credit card statement doesn’t already reflect the transaction
- Contact your financial institution — processing delays may occur depending on your provider
- If the refund still appears missing after 10 business days, reach out to our team at {your email address} and we’ll gladly assist
🗓 Cancellations
Orders may be canceled without penalty up to 72 hours before the scheduled delivery or event setup. Cancellations requested less than 72 hours before your event may be ineligible for full refunds depending on preparation and inventory usage. We reserve the right to deduct reasonable service and material costs for late cancellation requests.
